Sleep is a key part of a healthy life as flashed on the f.b. on June 1,2011.

One must bear in his/her mind that the Sleep is a key part of a healthy life style same as taking meals and go for exercise. Sleeping well is essential for one to keep him/her well and cheerful during the day.

Sleep affects how one feels, his/her relationships, productivity and quality of life. While you sleep, your brain goes to work, consolidating the day's learning into memory and reenergizing the body. Nothing is more frustrating than not being able to sleep. Tossing and turning. One’s mind is racing, going over everything that happened on the current day. Night noises keep one’s awake and that must be stopped, One must get up and go to bed the same time every day and must use his/her own bed for sleeping .One must refrain from exercise at least four hours before bedtime One should go for Luke warm hot bath a hour and half before his/her bed time. One should have a light snack before going to bed. One must take precaution and be sure that his/her bed and bedroom are quiet and comfortable .One should sleep only when he/she feels sleepy and that too after washing feet & hands and offering prayers to God.
