Truth was an important weapon with Mahatma Gandhi as flashed on the f.b. on June 1,2011.

Bishwa Nath Singh
Mahatma Gandhi is very widely recognized as the creator and practitioner of an ideology that honed non-violence and a staunch commitment to truth into tools of political resistance and activism and that is why he is called as the father of our Nation.

Bishwa Nath Singh:

Mahatma Gandhi was greatly influenced by Vedanta, but was not really a traditional Vedantist. Vedantic thought tells us the atman or self in each individual is essentially one, a part of the divine being or Brahman. Gandhi applied this prin...ciple in his unique way, extending it to strive for a better society, free of all divisions. He worked for caste and communal amity and maintained that the service of the neediest people is the worship of Daridranarayan (God in the form of the poor). His life s mission was to work for the betterment of society by affirmative action. For him, India s independence was not merely about wrangling power from the British but about creating a more equitable society or Swarajya, "for those toiling and unemployed millions who do not get even a square meal a day and have to scratch along with a piece of stale roti and a pinch of salt".The Bhagavad Gita says, "You have the right to act, but do so without expecting the fruits of your action." From this, Gandhi drew inspiration to persevere undaunted in his struggle, fully understanding that his may be a prolonged struggle which may or may not yield the expected results within a reasonable period of time. Many attribute his fetish for fasts to the Jain philosophy, which was an early influence on him. However, there was a key difference in the application of this principle by Gandhi. While the Jain concept of fasting is renunciation of action, that of Gandhi was fasting for a cause. In the Sermon on the Mount, another great inspiration for Gandhi, Jesus says, "Resist not him that is evil, but whosoever smiteth thee on thy right cheek turn to him the other also." Forgiveness, the central principle of Christ, was embraced by Gandhi, but he did not stop at that. He extended this principle to make non-violent opposition a potent weapon. Fighting against injustice without causing any harm or harboring any ill-feelings towards the enemy came to be his guiding principle. Hence, though deeply religious, he cannot be categorized as belonging to any particular sect or creed. Like all great messiahs and masters, he rose above the practices of the day and culled the essence from each faith, beautifully interweaving various religious traditions to create a mosaic of spirituality that was uniquely his own. In a fable from the Mahabharata, Guru Dronacharya went on a trip for about ten days and asked his disciples to learn as many shlokas ( verses)as they could during this time. When he came back, all his disciples except one narrated many shlokas, and he was pleased with them. The exception was Yudhishthira. He had learnt only one verse. The guru was furious and gave him a whacking. Yudhishthira stoically bore the punishment and did not utter a single word. When his anger had abated, the guru asked Yudhishthira how he could be so irresponsible. Yudhishthira answered, "The shloka ( verse) I learnt asked one to control anger. It took me a full ten days to do so but finally, I succeeded. I am glad I have truly learnt this shloka ( verses)." Dronacharya was ashamed at his own lack of restraint and realized that true learning is in the application of what one has learnt. This fable symbolizes the belief of Gandhi, who firmly believed that it is useless to preach something without practicing it. To him, practice always came first. Hence, when asked how his principles could be applied to something as complex as politics, his answer was that he cannot isolate politics from the deepest things of his life, for the simple reason that his politics are not corrupt, they are inextricably bound up with non-violence and truth. He had lived a life where his mind, thoughts and actions were always in synergy with the principles he subscribed to, the ultimate goal of spirituality.Mahatma Gandhi was a great son of our motherland. One can have glimpse of his Biography in brief: The Father of Nation, India. Known all over the World as Mahatma Gandhi (1869 – 1948), Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi was born at Porbunder in Kathiawar of the then British India on October 2, 1869. He was the third son of Karamchand Gandhi, (Prime Minister of the erstwhile West Indian states of Porbunder, Rajkot and Vankaner) and his fourth wife Putlibai. He had his schooling in Rajkot, passed his Matric and then went to London for his higher studies which he completed at the University College, London, and was called to the Bar. He practiced law in South Africa and India. He had married Kasturba in 1883 and had four sons – Harilal, Manilal, Ramdas and Devdas. He was a strict vegetarian by upbringing who later on turned a fruitarian later and a practitioner of naturopathy for all health-related questions. He was born Hindu and an ardent believer in God, his was a great spiritual presence. He strove for the brotherhood of all religions, liberty and equality for women, eradication of the evil of untouchability and other caste-based discriminations. He was imprisoned several times both in South Africa and India for his unyielding struggles for upholding human dignity. Even on the day when New Delhi and other parts of India were celebrating the country’s freedom from foreign yoke, Gandhi was working among the rioting Muslims and Hindus in the far away Calcutta. Later on his return to Delhi, while he was going for his evening prayer meeting in the premises of Birla House, New Delhi , he fell to the bullets of a Hindu fanatic on January 30. 1948 thus India as a whole lost one of the greatest illustrious son of her motherland and the world a firm believer of truth and non-violence who had proved himself as a becon light for the entire world showing the path of truth and non-violence all throughout his life. Let us join to pay our humble obeisance to his lotus feet and respectful homage to him!

The definition of truth is flashed on the f.b. on June 1,2011.

Bishwa Nath Singh
What is truth is a very simple question though answering it isn't so simple as one thinks We can offer definitions like the truth is that which conforms to reality, fact, or actuality.

Bishwa Nath Singh :

But the basic definition that truth is that which conforms to reality, fact, or actuality does not seem to be complete because its definition is open to interpretation and a wide variety of applications. What is reality? What is fact? ...What is actuality? How does perception affect truth? We could offer answers for each of these questions, but then we could again ask similar questions of those answers. I am reminded of the paradox of throwing a ball against a wall. It must get half way there, and then half way of the remaining distance, and then half of that distance, and so on. But, an infinite number of halves in this scenario never constitute a whole. Therefore, it would seem that the ball would never reach the wall if we applied the conceptual truths of halves. The ball-against-the-wall scenario simply illustrates that defining and redefining things as we try to approach a goal actually prevents us from getting to that goal. This is what philosophy does sometimes as it seeks to examine truth. It sometimes clouds issues so much, that nothing can be known for sure. But, even though it is true that an infinite number of halves (1/2 of "a" + 1/2 of the remainder + 1/2 of the remainder of that, etc.) does not equal a whole, we can "prove" that it does by simply throwing a ball at a wall and watching it bounce off. Actually, the "1/2" equation above does not equal a whole -- mathematically. The problem is not in the truth but in its application, as is often the case with philosophical verbal gymnastics. Truth is a comprehensive term that in all of its nuances implies accuracy and honesty: "We seek the truth, and will endure the consequences" .Veracity is adherence to the truth: "Veracity is the heart of morality" Verity often applies to an enduring or repeatedly demonstrated truth: "beliefs that were accepted as eternal verities”. Let us be firm to remain faithful to ourselves and others if we are keen to have the most successful life!Truth was one of ehe weapon that Mahatma Gandhi had use for getting independence of our motherland India from British Colonial Rule for over many centuaries.Let us derive lesson from the life of Mahatma Gandhi who is the father of our Nation!

As per epics, Lord Ram was born in the kingdom of Kosala in Ayodhya to King Dashratha and his Queen Kaushalya. An ideal son and king, a man of virtues and morals he is popularly referred to as 'Maryada Puroshottam' literally meaning the per...fect man. Lord Ram throughout his life stuck to Dharma to perform any action despite the many hardships as a result of this he had to face.
Ramayana of Sage Valmiki and Ram Charitmanas of Swami Tulsidas are the two principal texts about Lord Ram. Religious heads believe that Lord Ram had lived in the Treta Yuga; his worship was all the more popularized with the writing of Ramacharitmanas by the great saga Swami Tulsidas.Let us join to offer our prayers to Lord Ram that is in English! The said prayer to Lord Ram is given below.
O my heart! Sing praises of Sri Ram, Who absolves the greatest fears due to the cycle of life and death, and whose eyes, mouth, hands, and feet are like a newly blooming red lotus.||1||
I bow to Sri Ram, Whose beauty cannot be compared with that of the cupid Kamdev, Whose pleasing appearance is beyond any measures, Whose body is like a newly formed dense blue cloud, Whose yellow robes are shining like lightening on His cloud like body, Whose beauty is gleaming & who is the consort of the daughter of Janak (Sita||2||
Sing praises of Sri Ram, Who is the friend of poor, Who is the Lord of Sun, Who expurgated the lineage of demons from Danu and Diti Who is the dear one of Raghu, Who is like a cloud of happiness, Who is like a moon for Kaushalya, and Who is dear one of Dashrath.||3||
Sing praises of Sri Ram, Who has a beautiful crown on His head, Who is adorned with ear-hoops, Who has a beautiful colored mark (tilak) on His forehead, Who has expanded and beautiful organs decorated by ornaments, Who has long hands reaching His knees, Who holds a bow and an arrow & Who defeated Khar and Dushan in a fierce battle ||4||
Tulsidas says this; Ram, the enticer of Shiv, Shesh (Sheshnag), and saints, reside in my lotus like heart and destroy the evils generated by desire.||5|!

The exclusive pursuit of one's own interests cannot bring true happiness. It is in striving for the sake of others that the great path to genuine happiness is opened. Love can truly be defined as immortal, godly, eternal and spontaneous as flashed on the f.b of May 31,2011.

Bishwa Nath Singh :

In the above Picture, one can see love that grew in between Britain Prince William and Kate Middleton a few years ago turned into their happiest wedding nearly a month ago.Coming back to the main subject,Love is beyond words, unreasonably... summed up in feelings and reasonably incomplete Love is eternal, increasing a life. It fills up one’s entire living phrase. Neither the love dies nor do the lovers as always remain omnipresent just like Romeo and Juliet – a living example that can be very well cited. Love in other words is limitless and in any form, it stays beyond boundaries or so called limits. One can’t restrict this feeling of love, if it is restricted, it is not love.. One might have heard stories of a boy from India and a girl from Pakistan and vice-versa meet, mingle, marry and live and love happily forever. Even physical boundaries can’t bind love within its boundaries .Love is eternal, increasing and needy as it always wants more love .It doesn’t just fill up a particular age or phase of one’s life. Nothing is opposite to love in true sense though literally hate is termed in English but in practical sense, nothing can stand opposite to love as the love is almighty. It is said that whom one hates other loves. Well this is not true in every context but certainly it has some sense in certain situation. If some one hates a person whom he/she loved years ago, then it can be said he/she loves him / her and this love can be called pessimistic love as one can still be a lover and may remain in future too. In fact, it has been rightly said that the love is aesthetic romance of life. Love can be well defined as the culmination of emotion, affection, understanding, appreciation, warmth and lust between two personalities. It is a forgettable thing which can be made unforgettable. Love is feeling of strong attachment induced by that which delights or commands admiration; preeminent kindness or devotion to another; affection; tenderness; as, the love of brothers and sisters. Love is when mom makes tea for Dad takes a sip before giving it to him to make sure its fine. Love is sharing that is one of the most important ingredients of love. It is important to open ones heart and share whatever it may be – pain, joy, success and failure, it really does not matter, as long as the heart is clear. Love is being honest and knowing that the other person feels the same way too, it it is sharing and losing ones inhibitions and knowing that the person on the other side will never be judgmental. Love is also talking.. It is about speaking, telling and sharing. After some time, people restrict their conversations to discussing bills, children and pets. This can be called as sure indicator of things going down hill. One must bring the spark back by starting a conversation. Love is spending time together. Certain duration spent together everyday keeps the boredom away. Heavy work schedules take up much time and effort, so it is important to get things into perspective. Love is faithfulness. The love means to be true, to love unconditionally means to give with all your heart to one, and only one. Love is when you realize that he/she is the best thing that has happened to you and you want to cherish that person and the moments spent with him/her till death do you part. Love is being friendly with each other. Enjoying simple pleasures in life like shopping, catching a movie or watching television at home, apart from a host of other things that they can carry out just like friends do every day. If all these are pursued in true sense, one is bound to maintain most cordial relationship with each other and that will be everlasting one.

DrSb Singh: Respected sir, that is love, where there is no impurity of personal comfort and selfishness.

One was playing on his mobile a most popular song of yester years ‘Dhire Dhire Machal,Aiye Dile Bekrar Koi Ata Hai, Eun Tarap ke Nazar Pa Mujhe Bar Bar koi Ata Hai”( meaning thereby that some one who is the dearest and nearest seems to be coming to meet her in her imaginary thoughts)though it was very soothing to my ears especially at a time when I was missing my constant companion my Polly( most favorite Doggy who had parted my company over a month and half ago).No sooner ,it was finished, I could find another gentleman playing another song” Ye Zindagi Ke Mele Kabhi Kum Na Honge” ( meaning there by that though life being a complex one can be equated with fair whose number being unlimited)on his mobile. Taking a walk or a run every morning benefits one for his/her sound health and pleasant mood. It’s a very good exercise that one can take up that helps one burn more calories throughout the day. It also helps to increase one’s stamina and energy provided it is taken up daily as matters of routine exercise in the morning when one breathes in fresh air and begin his/her say with happy note.

Had it been so, the Party led by Nitish Kumar JDU-BJP combine could not have won with four-fifth majority in Bihar Assembly that had gone to poll in November 2010.! National Democratic Alliance in the State headed by Nitish Kumar had w...on two hundred six seats while Rashtriya Janta Dal headed by Laloo Prasad Yadav won twenty two seats. No party there had won enough seats to represent the opposition in the state assembly, which requires at least twenty five seats to become eligible to represent the main opposition party. His popularity could not be tarnished by sporadic one or two incidence taking place in the State. He is known for his clean administration. His Statesmanship owns respect from his bitter opponents and from all political parties. For the first time electorates had witnessed high turnout of women and young voters, while this election has been rated as the fairest 2010 election, with no bloodshed or poll violence. As the Chief Minister, he has gained popularity by initiating a series of developmental and constructive activities including building of long-delayed bridges, re-laying roads that had ceased to exist, appointing school teachers on massive scale ensuring team of medical doctors worked in primary health centers besides keeping crime under control.Let us wish Nitish Kumar all grand success in his long and happy life!

It's the Picture of Lord Buddha.Lord Buddha whose family name comprises of Siddhattha Gotama was a spiritual teacher who had founded Buddhism. In most Buddhist traditions, he is regarded as the Supreme Buddha who was born in 563 BCE OR 623 ...BCE in Lumbini now in Nepal to King Suddhodana, the leader of Shakya clan, whose capital was Kapilavastu, and who were later annexed by the growing Kingdom of Kosala during the Buddha's lifetime and Queen Maha Maya (Māyādevī) a Koliyan princess whose family name was Sidhartha Gautam. One day, as the queen Maha Maya ( Maya devi) was resting in her palace, she dreamt that a white elephant carrying a white lotus in its trunk entered her right side.A group of astrologers predicted that the young prince would grow up to be either a great emperor, or that he would turn his back on privilege and power to become a great spiritual leader. Some time later, a baby was born to the queen. He was named Siddhartha Gautama.Until one day, when Prince Siddhartha finally persuaded his father to let him go outside the palace walls to see the city. What Siddhartha did not know was that his father had ordered the city streets cleared of was lying at the side of the road. As this was different from anything Siddhartha anyone who was old or sick. So when Siddhartha and his groom set out for their tour of the city in chariots they saw many young and happy people. However, they also happened upon a feeble old man who had ever seen before, he asked someone to explain what was wrong with the man. It was only then that Siddhartha learned about how people get old. Siddhartha was very moved by the suffering of the old man. He journeyed out into the city three more times and saw a sick man, a dead man and a sage. These visits led to his realising the fundamental truths of life. Siddhartha left his wife and son at the palace and set out to learn the way of finding salvation and understanding. At the edge of the city, he took off his princely robes, cut his hair and sent his groom back to the palace with his horse. Siddhartha wandered through the forests seeking understanding from wise men and ascetics. However, this did not bring him satisfaction or greater understanding. While he sat under the tree, demons came to tempt him. In a famous incident, after becoming starved and weakened, he is said to have accepted milk and rice pudding from a village girl named Sujata. Such was his emaciated appearance that she wrongly believed him to be a spirit that had granted her a wish.Following this incident, Gautama was famously seated under a pipal tree - now known as the Bodhi tree - in Bodh Gaya situated in Gaya District of Bihar State of India, when he vowed never to arise until he had found the truth. Kaundinya and four other companions believing that he had abandoned his search and become undisciplined, left. However, he resisted them. After a reputed forty nine days of meditation, at the age of thirty five, he is said to have attained enlightenment. From that point, he was known as the Buddha. The Buddha delivered his first sermon at Sarnath. In this sermon he shared the knowledge he had gained through meditation and set the Wheel of the Law in motion He had preached his own conception of nonviolence and deprecated even the animal sacrifices sanctioned in the Vedas. He had traveled around sharing his teachings with many people all throughout his rest of the life. Nevertheless to mention that at the time when Lord Buddha appeared, the people in general were atheistic and preferred animal flesh to anything else. On the plea of Vedic sacrifices, every place was virtually turned into a slaughterhouse, and animal killing was indulged in unrestrictedly. Lord Buddha preached nonviolence, taking pity on the poor animals. He preached that he did not believe in the tenets of the Vedas and stressed the adverse psychological effects incurred on animal killers. Those who did not believe in worshipping of Goddess Kali followed his principle, and for the time being they were trained in moral discipline and nonviolence, the preliminary steps on the path of God realization. He deluded the atheists because such atheists who followed his principles did not believe in God, but they kept their faith n Lord Buddha, who himself was the incarnation of God. He had died at the age of eighty at Kushinagar that falls in Uttar Pradesh State of India in 483 BCE or 543 BCE. Upon his death he attained Nirvana. After his body was cremated, his ashes were divided up and taken to eight different sites. At each of these sites, a mound-like structure called a stupa was built to contain the ashes.Over time, many stupas were built and rebuilt, serving as canters of worship for the Buddha's followers.Let us join to pay our humble obeisance to His lotus feet and seek His bliss for well-being of all living creatures of this universe!

BishwaNath Singh :

e true friends are rarely found with whom emotional expression and feeling of heart can be shared. In fact, true friends should be alike pure rain shower that seldom is found. True friendship is the only relation that survives the tribulaions and trials of time as well as remains unconditional. For different people definition of friendship may vary, however it can be most often described as a unique amalgamation of much fun, trust, respect, love and loyalty. Some of the usual traits of friendship can be strong attachments mutual respect and similar interests are what, most of the friends share with one another. There is a famous definition of friendship by Aristotle “A single soul dwelling in two bodies”, which states a sense of emotional safety and comfort among the two individuals. A relationship between friends should be in a way that nobody has to weigh the thoughts or measure expressions before saying it to one another. A friend is someone who understands one more than he/she does and always assures being with him/her in every sentimental crisis. A friend is a companion who accepts your all bad and good qualities with an initiative to mend as well as correct them. A relationship of intimacy, mutual caring, love and faith for each other is friendship. ! A true friend is one who recognizes one's shortcomings and strengths with a will to remain with him/her in bad and good stages of life.Let us hope that we will cheish it and remain true friends with each other!

Corruption has become the greatest menace for progress as flashed on the f.b. on May 29, 2011.

Bishwa Nath Singh
It's a naked truth that corruption has become a rampant today in almost all fields and in all walks of our life as people have started drifting away from moral, ethical and religious values -the legacy we had from our fore fathers and great saga. Instead of bringing reforms to others, one has to look to his/her within and find out as how much he/she has been truthful to himself/herself and doing social service to others for cause of humanity.

It is the Picture of Raja Harischandra who had determined that let the Sun ,Moon and Universe Shake ,but his pledge and the vow shall never break and that commotion secured place for him in the heaven. Coming back to the main subject, if we exercise this way, everybody is bound to be on the right path that is what required today. Hope, you will bear me out with my advice and propagate it by joining my hands to achieve theme of Global Peace and Universal Brotherhood for which I have been striving round o’clock least caring for my own comforts.Let us hope for the best in futrure!

A tribute to Michelle Obama the First Lady of US by Bishwa Nath Singh,Coordinator,Global Peace and Universal Brotherhood.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Michelle Lavaughn Robinson Obama is the first African American First Lady and wife of Barack Obama, the 44th President of the United States and the first African American to serve as President of US. She happens to be the former vice president of community and external affairs at the University of Chicago Medical Center who was born on January 17, 1964 in Chicago, Illinois on the city's South Side of US. to Marian and Fraser Robinson, Michelle had two early role models in her parents, whom she proudly identifies as 'working class.' Her father, a city pump operator and Democratic precinct captain, worked and lived with multiple sclerosis; his limp and crutches did not affect his abilities as the family breadwinner. Michelle's mother stayed home with her children until they reached high school. The family lived in a one-bedroom apartment on the top floor of a brick bungalow. The living room - converted with a divider down the middle - served as Michelle's bedroom .Michelle and her older brother Craig, now an Ivy League basketball coach at Brown University, grew up hearing the story of their maternal grandfather. A carpenter who was denied union membership due to race, he was shut out of the city's top construction jobs. Yet the children were taught they could succeed despite any prejudices they might encounter over race and color. Both children were bright and skipped second grade. Michelle entered a gifted program in sixth grade. From their parents - who had never attended college - Michelle and her brother learned that achievement and hard work were key. She had her early education at Bryn Mawr Elementary School (renamed Bouchet Academy), Chicago, Illinois from 1970-1977. Michelle Robinson was such an excellent student that she was able to skip the second grade. In 1975, while enrolled in the sixth grade, she was chosen for a “gifted student” program which permitted her the chance to take advanced biology and French classes at Kennedy-King Community College. Whitney Young Magnet High School, Chicago, Illinois, 1977-1981. Based on her academic excellence, Michelle Robinson was given the chance to attend the first “magnet” high school in Chicago, which afforded students a greater depth and breadth of study with a focus on college preparedness. As a student here, Michelle Robinson was enrolled in advanced-placement classes, was invited and joined the National Honor Society, and served as Student Council Treasurer. Princeton University, Princeton, New Jersey, 1981-1985, bachelor’s degree in Sociology, with a minor degree in African-American Studies. She worked with both the Third World Center and belonged to the Organization of Black Unity, an African-American student group. She graduated cum laude. Harvard Law School, Juris doctor degree, Cambridge, Massachusetts, 1985-1988. While in attendance, Michelle Robinson joined the Black Law Students Association, which often brought speaks to campus, addressing legal issues and career guidance. Michelle was discouraged from applying to Princeton by high school advisors who felt her scores weren't adequate. Yet she graduated from the college with honors. She was one of very few black students attending Princeton at the time, and the experience made her acutely aware of the issues of race. When she applied to Harvard Law, she again faced bias as college counselors tried to talk her out of her decision. Despite their doubts, she excelled. Professor David B. Wilkins remembers Michelle as forthright: "She always stated her position clearly and decisively."After graduating from Harvard Law School, Michelle joined the law firm of Sidley Austin as an associate specializing in marketing and intellectual property. In 1988, a summer intern two years older by the name of Barack Obama came to work at the firm, and Michelle was assigned as his mentor. They fell in love and married in 1992. In 1991, the death of her father from complications related to MS caused Michelle to re-evaluate her life; she subsequently decided to leave corporate law to work in the public sector.Michelle first served as assistant to Chicago mayor Richard M. Daly; later she became assistant commissioner of planning and development. In 1993, she founded Public Allies Chicago which provided young adults with leadership training for public service careers. As executive director, she headed up a non-profit named by President Bill Clinton as a model AmeriCorps program. In 1996, she joined the University of Chicago as associate dean of student services, and established its first community service program. In 2002, she was named the University of Chicago Hospitals' executive director of community and external affairs.Following her husband's election to the US Senate in November 2004, Michelle was appointed vice president of community and external affairs at the University of Chicago Medical Center in May 2005. Despite Barack's dual roles in Washington, D.C. and Chicago, Michelle did not consider resigning from her position and and moving to the nation's capitol. Only after Barack announced his presidential campaign did she adjust her work schedule; in May 2007 she cut her hours by 80% to accommodate the needs of the family during his candidacy. Although she resists the labels 'feminist' and 'liberal,' Michelle Obama is widely recognized as outspoken and strong-willed. She has juggled career and family as a working mother, and her positions indicate progressive ideas on the roles of women and men in society. Michelle and Barack Obama have two daughters, Malia (born 1998) and Sasha (born 2001). Michelle has brown hair, brown eyes, 5 feet, 11 inches tall. She stands at the same height as Eleanor Roosevelt, making them both equally the tallest First Ladies of US. As a young girl, Michelle Robinson has household chores for which she was responsible and shared with her brother. Carl A. Fields Center for Equality and Understanding (formerly, Third World Center), Princeton, New Jersey, 1981-1985. While at Princeton University, Michelle Robinson enrolled in a work-study program, helping to earn part of her tuition. She worked at the center, creating an after-school reading program for the children of the manual workers of the university. Harvard Legal Aid Bureau, Cambridge, Massachusetts, 1985-1988. While in law school, Michelle Robinson worked to help local residents unable to afford legal advice and representation, on issues ranging from divorce, custody and tenant rights. Associate Attorney, Sidley & Austin, 1988-1991. Upon graduating from Harvard Law School, Michelle Robinson accepted a job as an associate attorney in the Chicago offices of the law firm Sidley & Austin, where she specialized in intellectual property rights and marketing, representing clients that included AT&T and Union Carbide. She served as an Assistant to the Mayor, City of Chicago, 1991-1992. Although her work as an attorney enabled Michelle Obama to meet the substantial monetary debt resulting from her college and law school educations, the death of both her father and a friend provoked a focus on her priorities and values, leading her to determine to build a career in community service. She took a position in this line of professional work as an assistant in the office of Chicago Mayor Richard Daley, where she was employed for a year before moving to another position within the city government. Drawing on her business experience from the law firm, she was charged with serving as a liaison between the city and fledgling businesses, seeking to help encourage Chicago economic development. Michelle being twenty eight years old, married on October 3, 1992 to Barack Obama, who was thirty one years old, (born 4 August, 1961, Honolulu, Hawaii, lawyer and community organizer) at Trinity United Church of Christ, Chicago, Illinois. Michelle Robinson first met Barack Obama when he came to work as a summer associate in June of 1989 at Sidley & Austin, where she was already working as an attorney. When he returned to Cambridge, Massachusetts to complete Harvard Law School (graduated 1990), they continue to correspond and date. They became engaged in 1991. Their first home was an apartment in the Hyde Park section of Chicago. Barack Obama taught at the University of Chicago law school and worked at a small civil rights law firm. They have two daughters; Malia Ann (born 4 July, 1998) and Natasha “Sasha (born 7 June, 2001). Both girls are students at Sidwell Friends in Washington, D.C. *Michelle Obama is the first First Lady to have given birth in the 21st century. She is very caring to both of her most loving daughters and very caring husband. Michelle Obama’s occupation after Marriage can be enumerated as follows: Assistant Commissioner of Planning and Development, in the office of the Mayor of Chicago, (1992-1993). Michelle Obama was working in this position at the time of her marriage. Executive Director of Public Allies Chicago, (1993-1996) Michelle Obama was the founding director of the Chicago branch of this organization, which seeks to identify potential community leaders among young people from all backgrounds, levels of education and professional experiences and then to train them to assume leadership of both established and fledgling organizations which serve various constituencies in their communities or region. As the founder of the Chicago branch of the organization, which soon became part of the Clinton Administration’s AmeriCorps, Michelle Obama was a highly successful fundraiser and executive, helping launch Public Allies successfully. Associate Dean of Student Services at the University of Chicago, (1996-2002), Michelle Obama worked during her pregnancy and after the birth of her two daughters. From her job at Public Allies she went into the employ of the University of Chicago. In her first job there, she increased rates of voluntarism between the student body and the local neighborhood bordering the university. Executive Director for community affairs at the University of Chicago Hospitals (2002-2005) and Executive Vice President for community and external affairs (2005-2008) For the next three years she worked as the and then as its in these two latter roles, she created a network of interchange between the medical staff and the local community, increasing voluntarism in each sector with individuals from the other sector, with doctors and other medical professionals lending their aid and services to area clinics, and also reviewing how the hospital’s research might better serve the medical issues and problems uniquely faced by local residents. Initially leery of her husband’s ambition to enter politics because of its instability, she campaigned for him during his failed 2000 race for U.S. Congress and his successful one for the U.S. Senate in 2004. Michelle Obama continued to work full-time and raise her daughters in Chicago while her husband worked as a Senator in Washington and returned home on weekends and recesses. Michelle Obama served on several boards, including Tree House Foods, and the Chicago Council on Global Affairs. Michelle was an asset to her husband in the Presidential Campaign and Inauguration:Through the latter months of 2007 leading up to the state primaries and caucuses of the 2008 presidential campaign, Michelle Obama continued to work, reducing her hours at the University of Chicago Medical Center while increasing the days she spent speaking to groups throughout the country. She initially limited her absences from home to day trips and then eventually to trips involving one-overnight away from home per week, in order to maintain her responsibilities as mother to her two young daughters. In October 2007, she participated in the first forum ever held which gathered nearly all the spouses of both Democratic and Republican candidates running for the presidency, at the Women’s Conference in Long Beach, California, hosted by California’s First Lady Maria Shriver. As the primaries ensued during the winter and spring of 2008, Michelle Obama took an increasingly active role, speaking to voters in different states about her husband but also drawing experiences from her own life that spoke directly to the goals of her husband’s potential presidency, finding a personal link to her audiences. Spontaneous remarks she made at Wisconsin campaign event in February 2008, about being proud of her country “for the first time” were interpreted negatively by some Republican media commentators and Cindy McCain, wife of the Republican candidate. Five months later, however, incumbent First Lady Laura Bush defended Mrs. Obama, stating, “I think she probably meant I'm 'more proud,' you know, is what she really meant. I mean, I know that, and that's one of the things you learn and that's one of the really difficult parts both of running for president and for being the spouse of the president, and that is, everything you say is looked at and in many cases misconstrued.” The incident had no significant affect on the election. Michelle Obama also delivered a stirring speech at the 2008 Democratic National Convention, which won overwhelming praise from the media and public, as reflected in polls. Although she offered her opinion at times on the campaign strategy, she emphasized that she was not a policy advisor. When Barack Obama was elected president in November of 2008, he thanked his wife for her sacrifices to his career and his reliance on her support. Through the campaign, he frequently referred to her as “the rock” which grounded him and their family. Tremendous media attention and public interest increased on Michelle Obama’s clothing as the weeks from Election Day approached Inauguration Day, with sometimes hyperbolic predictions of how she would seek to set a new national style. More importantly would be the symbolism of her statements about making clothing purchases from popular stores of items at reasonable prices; this conveyed the new First Lady’s sense of conscientiousness about, and empathy for the increasing number of American citizens who found their home ownership threatened with bank foreclosures, loss of job or job security, decreased or lost health care and retirement benefits, and plummeting retirement savings. During the swearing-in ceremony of her husband, Michelle Obama held the historic and fragile Bible which had been used by President Abraham Lincoln for his presidential oath. Most significant of all the events, in terms of Michelle Obama’s intentions, was her foregoing a traditional women’s event at which an incoming First Lady was traditionally honored the day before the Inauguration; instead, she and the president-elect hosted “a day of service,” encouraging the millions of visitors to Washington for the Inaugural, as well as around the nation, to commit to volunteer service in their community. Forecasting her own agenda as First Lady to create a national voluntary service program, she emphasized in her videotaped message about the day that it was her hope such commitments would continue past January 19,2009 and be ongoing. She became the First Lady of US on January 20,2009 at the age of forty five years. In her first weeks as First Lady, Michelle Obama has affirmed that her personal priority is the care of her two daughters. Although both are enrolled in school locally and live full-time at the White House with their parents, they are in a new city with new friends, and suddenly living a life where the most routine aspects of childhood are scrutinized by the press and public. The first manifestation of this public interest was a toy company which created dolls named after her daughters. After the First Lady expressed her dismay, the company decided to discontinue the line. In terms of the areas of public issues she intends to focus her attention, Michelle Obama has identified three: helping working mothers find balance between family and employment commitments, providing necessary support for American military families, and encouraging voluntarism in community service. In her first weeks, the First Lady also made good on her promise to fully learn and integrate herself into her new community of Washington, D.C. She began with a working lunch with the city’s mayor and his wife, visits to schools and drop-bys and speeches at the Department of Education and the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Coming to the Cabinet Department headquarters were the first of her intended visits to all of the other executive branch divisions. She is making these trips to introduce herself as a personal representative of the new Administration and provide a sense of connection to the thousands of civil service federal employees, emphasizing that they work in concert for the common goals. This is an unprecedented effort by a First Lady. Not since the 1940’s when Eleanor Roosevelt hosted several large receptions for women federal workers has a First Lady reached out in such a manner. In her remarks at HHS, Mrs. Obama emphasized that she was there to listen and interact; this recalls the “eyes and ears” role played by Eleanor Roosevelt, Lady Bird Johnson, Pat Nixon, and Rosalynn Carter as they made frequent trips throughout the country meeting and speaking with citizens, hearing their concerns and problems directly and reporting their reactions from such fact-finding missions back to the President. Now, she is a widely traveled lady who has become icon for ladies wherever she has gone and won the hearts of children and people at large by her charm and decent behavior. Let us join to wish her all the best and grand success in her long and happy family life in international arena!

The other day, while I was on the way to the city market to buy some provisions, could hear a young lad shouting 'kisi Se Pyar Na Karo" ( meaning thereby in English don't love any one).It temped me to ask my driver to stop the vehicle and see as why that young man has been shouting like it. The boy was called who came to me running and said this is a filmy song that he sings well. Bishwa Nath Singh:

Lord Ganesh is known very popularly as the God of success as per our Hindu Mythology who is worshipped widely as the God of Wisdom, Prosperity and Good fortune all over the world. Lord Ganesh is the elephant-deity who is seen riding a mouse .He has become one of the most commonest deity that could be seen all Lord Shiva’s temples spread round the country as whole.

Bishwa Nath Singh:
The deity of Lord Ganesh is very popular in the minds of the masses and worshipped in almost all Hindu houses in India and abroad. Lord Ganesh is the eldest son of Lord Shiva and our divine mother Goddess Parvati. Lord Ganesha has an eleph...antine countenance with a curved trunk and big ears, and a huge pot-bellied body of a human being. He is the Lord of success and destroyer of evils and obstacles. He is also worshipped as the God of education, knowledge, wisdom and wealth. In fact, Lord Ganesha is one of the five prime Hindu deities (Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva and Durga being the other four) whose idolatry is glorified as the panchayatana puja. ( five bodies worship)The head of Lord Ganesh symbolizes the Atman or the soul, which is the ultimate supreme reality of human existence, and his human body signifies Maya or the earthly existence of human beings. The elephant head denotes wisdom and its trunk represents Om, the sound symbol of cosmic reality. In his upper right hand, Lord Ganesh holds a goad, which helps him propel mankind forward on the eternal path and remove obstacles from the way. The noose in left hand of Lord Ganesh is a gentle implement to capture all difficulties. The broken tusk that Lord Ganesh holds like a pen in his lower right hand is a symbol of sacrifice, which he broke for writing the Mahabharata. The rosary in his other hand suggests that the pursuit of knowledge should be continuous. The laddoo (sweet) he holds in his trunk indicates that one must discover the sweetness of the Atman( soul) His fan-like ears convey that he is all ears to our petition. The snake that runs round his waist represents energy in all forms and he is humble enough to ride the lowest of creatures, a mouse. The story connected with the Birth of this holy deity Lord Ganesh as depicted in the Shiva Purana, goes like this: Once Goddess Parvati, while bathing, created a boy out of the dirt of her body and assigned him the task of guarding the entrance to her bathroom. When Lord Shiva, her husband returned, he was surprised to find a stranger denying him access, and struck off the boy's head in rage. Goddess Parvati broke down in utter grief and to soothe her, Lord Shiva sent out his squad (Gana) to fetch the head of any sleeping being who was facing the north. The company found a sleeping elephant and brought back its severed head, which was then attached to the body of the boy. Lord Shiva restored its life and made him the leader (pati) of his troops. Hence, his name 'Ganapati' became a very popular. Lord Shiva also bestowed a boon that people would worship him and invoke his name before undertaking any venture. However, there's another less popular story of his origin, found in the Brahma Vaivarta Purana: Lord Shiva asked his spouse divine mother Goddess Parvati to observe the punyaka vrata for a year to appease Lord Vishnu in order to have a son. When a son was born to her, to felicitate the happy occasion all the Gods and Goddesses assembled to rejoice on its birth. Lord Shani, the son of Surya (Sun-God), was also present but he refused to look at the infant. Perturbed at this behavior, Goddess Parvati asked him the reason, and Lord Shani( Sun God) replied that his looking at baby would harm the newborn. However, on Goddess Parvati's insistence when Lord Shani ( Sun God) eyed the baby, the child's head was severed instantly. All the Gods started to bemoan, whereupon Lord Vishnu hurried to the bank of river Pushpabhadra and brought back the head of a young elephant, and joined it to the baby's body, thus reviving it. Lord Ganesh is also the destroyer of vanity, selfishness and pride. He is the personification of material universe in all its various magnificent manifestations. All Hindus worship Lord Ganesh regardless of their sectarian belief that Lord Ganesh happens to be both the beginning of the religion and the meeting ground for all Hindus. The devotees of Lord Ganesh are rightly called as 'Ganapatyas', and the festival to celebrate and glorify Lord Ganesh is called Ganesh Chaturthi that is celebrated with great festivity and fervor. Ganesha Chaturthi is also known as Vinayaga Chaturthi that is the Hindu festival of Lord Ganesh who is believed to bestow his presence on earth for all his devotees in the duration of this festival. It is the Birthday of Lord Ganesh who is widely worshipped as the God of Wisdom, Prosperity and Good fortune. It is observed as per the Hindu calendar in the month of Bhaadrapada, starting on the shukla chaturthi (fourth day of the waxing moon period). The date usually falls between August 20 and September15. The festival lasts for ten days, ending on Anant Chaturdashi (fourteenth day of the waxing moon period). While it is being celebrated all over India but its most elaborate celebration could be seen in western and southern India. Outside India, it is celebrated widely in Nepal and by Hindus in the United States, Canada and Fiji besides all over the world. We often talk of success. Many at times talk about success without knowing as what success means to them and how best success could be defined to them. Well, success can be best defined in relation to the achievement of our individual and material desires or wishes, the specific things that we want.

In the above Photo, US President Barack Obama & U.K. Prime Minister David Cameron are seen together. A leading psychologist has revealed that the left-handed people like US President Barack Obama and UK Prime Minister David Cameron is more ...creative and makes better leaders. They are also shown to possess a greater amount of intellectual powers as demonstrated by great thinkers such as Albert Einstein and Issac Newton. Well, coming back on success as we have seen in the case of those two world leading statesman, let me continue my dialogue on the subject to clear many misgivings arising out in minds of many people. It is true that we are engineered for greatness and designed for success. Within us all we have the ability and power to accomplish almost any goal one sees for himself/herself as long as he/she is willing to work long enough and hard enough to achieve it. If one completely believes that he/she can achieve something, deny any other possibility, have hundred percent faith that he/she will reach his/her goal, then as long as one puts the effort in to accomplishing this, he/she will. One has to walk, talk, and act as if nothing can stand in his/her way of success. Within every difficulty or obstacle, there is the seed of an equal or greater advantage or benefit that one mus bear in hs/her mind and action. Successful people look for the good in every situation. They know that it is always there. No matter how many reversals and setbacks they experience, they expect to get something good out of everything that happens to them. They believe that every setback is just a lesson you must learn on the road to achieving success, and dealing with them successfully is moving them inexorably toward achieving the great success that is inevitable for them. Nothing will stop you with this mentality from moving upwards and onwards toward achieving your goals. One should never doubt his/her own abilities nor fear failuresuccess can be very well defined as willingness to get better every time we fall and courage to continue even when we fail. It is all about believing and loving what we do completely with our heart, mind and soul. Well, it is the positive impact it creates in people’s mind. The far it reaches, the bigger is your success.Success is what dreams are made of. Success is about making it in life. Fast cars, expensive penthouses, designer labels—in other words, high material viability is the new success mantra. Even though, we see large hordes of people demanding to do more than that by trying to find a common denominator for success. No longer weighed in terms of tidy bank balances, success is now regarded as all-inclusive quotient of material, emotional and spiritual gratification. Success represents a holistic and positive attitude to life. Attitude is everything.. Success is not closeted within some kind of brick and mortar premises. It assumes the individuality of a complete act executed with perfection. Material achievements do not define life. We do not remember the sports stars for the products they endorse but the spirit of achievement they represent. In the abundance of positive attitude underlies the grandeur of a truly rewarding and rich life. The Ancient Indian wisdom believes that the most qualifying aspect of success lies in following the four tenets of life who are based on the four tenets of Artha (wealth, social security), Kama (fulfillment of desire), Dharma( principles)and Moksha (salvation). Wealth or artha means earthly possessions and material gains. People usually work hard to procure such standards of success, and yet, find them wanting more. Desires condemned by puritans the world over, is motivating force behind all action that manifests as success. High moral credo or dharma is a life based on principles. However the crowning glory to successful life is Moksha ( Salvation)or freedom from all desires. Artha, Kama, Dharma and Moksha lead passage for successful life for all of us if properly adhered too.. According to our thought, success depends upon the smooth transition of an individual through each of these passages. However, the culture factor definitely influences the success expectation amongst people at large that can not be denied.Let us hiope that all of us will use ladder of success in our life very truthfully by chanting our prayers to achieve our goal very successfully!

Lord Ganesh being God of averting obstacles named as Lord Vignesh, Lord Ganapathy,Lord Vinayaka etc. by Bishwa Nath Singh.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Lord Ganesh is the prominent Hindu deity who is being worshiped with great devotion daily in our life .Lord Ganesh has temples in almost all parts of the world and is largely located iat places where Hindu live in. He is given importance in every Hindu temple, as he is associated with success and wisdom. Lord Ganesh is worshipped as the eldest son of Lord Shiva and our divine mother Goddess Parvathi. He is also known as God of averting obstacles. He is also called fondly as Lord Vignesh, Lord Ganapathy, Lord Vinayaka and by some of His other names. As the legend goes that once His mother Goddess Parvathi wanted to take bath in her house and she wanted someone to guard her, while she is taking bath. Using her Godly power she made a boy from mud and told him not to allow any body inside till her bathing is over. After some time Lord Shiva came there and was stopped by Lord Ganesh. Unknowingly that He is his father. Lord Shiva got angry and took off his head, as he had thought Lord Ganesh to be a stranger. After finishing bath Goddess Parvathi came to know of this incidence and regretted much. To console his consort Lord Shiva asked his Gana(servants) to bring the head of any living creature that might be sleeping by putting its head towards north. They brought the head of an elephant and that was fitted to Lord Ganesh by his father Lord Shiva. This is how; he got the head of an elephant. Lord Ganesh – our famous deity in a human form but with the head of an elephant - represents the power of the Supreme Being that removes obstacles and ensures success in human endeavors. For this reason, we worship Lord Ganesh first before beginning any religious, spiritual or worldly activity. In Hindu mythology, Lord Ganesh happens to be the first son of Lord Shiva and the Divine Mother Goddess Parvati. Their second son is Lord Subramanya and their daughter is Jyoti. As explained below, the portrayal of Lord Ganesh as the blend of human and animal parts symbolizes the ideals of perfection as conceived by Hindu sages and illustrates some philosophical concepts of profound spiritual significance. Elephant head, wide mouth, and large ears: the large head of an elephant symbolizes wisdom, understanding, and a discriminating intellect that one must possess to attain perfection in life. The wide mouth represents the natural human desire to enjoy life in the world. The large ears signify that a perfect person is the one who possesses a great capacity to listen to others and assimilate ideas. The trunk and two tusks with the left tusk broken: there is no known human instrument that has an operating range as wide as that of an elephant's trunk. It can uproot a tree and yet lift a needle off the ground. Likewise, the human mind must be strong enough to face the ups and downs of the external world and yet delicate enough to explore the subtle realms of the inner world. The two tusks denote the two aspects of the human personality, wisdom and emotion. The right tusk represents wisdom and the left tusk represents emotion. The broken left tusk conveys the idea that one must conquer emotions with wisdom to attain perfection. Elephant eyes: the elephant eyes are said to possess natural deceptiveness that allows them to perceive objects to be bigger than what they really are. Thus the elephant eyes symbolize the idea that even if an individual gets "bigger and bigger" in wealth and wisdom, he should perceive others to be bigger than himself; that is, surrender one's pride and attain humility. The four arms and various objects in the four hands: the four arms indicate that the Lord is omnipresent and omnipotent. The left side of the body symbolizes emotion and the right side symbolizes reason. An axe in the upper left hand and a lotus in the upper right hand signify that in order to attain spiritual perfection, one should cut worldly attachments and conquer emotions. This enables one to live in the world without being affected by earthly temptations, just as a lotus remains in water but is not affected by it. A tray of Laddus (a popular snack) near the Lord denotes that He bestows wealth and prosperity upon His devotees. The lower right hand is shown in a blessing pose, which signifies that Ganesha always blesses His devotees. A human body with a big belly: the human body possesses a human heart, which is a symbol of kindness and compassion towards all. The body of Lord Ganesh is usually portrayed wearing red and yellow clothes. Yellow symbolizes purity, peace and truthfulness whereas the Red symbolizes the activity in the world. These are the qualities of a perfect person who performs all duties in the world, with purity, peace, and truthfulness. The big belly signifies that a perfect individual must have a large capacity to face all pleasant and unpleasant experiences of the world. A mouse sitting near the feet of Lord Ganesh and gazing at the tray of Laddus: ( a very popular sweets made of Gram ,sugar and ghee), a mouse symbolizes the ego that can nibble all that is good and noble in a person. A mouse sitting near the feet of Lord Ganesh indicates that a perfect person is one who has conquered his /her ego. A mouse gazing at the Laddus, but not consuming them, denotes that a purified or controlled ego can live in the world without being affected by the worldly temptations. The mouse is also the means of transport of Lord Ganesh signifying that one must control ego in order for wisdom to shine henceforth. Right foot dangling over the left foot: as stated above, the left side of the body symbolizes emotion and the right side symbolizes reason and knowledge. The right foot dangling over the left foot illustrates that in order to live a successful life one should utilize knowledge and reason to overcome emotions. Let us join to pay our humble obeisance to the lotus feet of Lord Ganesh and seek His bliss for well-being of all living –being of this universe!

Lord Ganesh is the universal God of knowledge and the remover of obstacles who happens to be the eldest son of Lord Shiva and our divine mother Goddess Parvathi. Lord Ganesh is also called Lord Vinayak (God of knowledge) or Lord Vighneshwar (God to remove obstacles) who is worshipped and often remembered in the beginning of any auspicious performance for blessings and auspiciousness. He has four hands, elephant's head and a big belly. His vehicle is a tiny mouse. In his hands he carries a rope (to carry devotees to the truth), an axe (to cut devotees' attachments) and a sweet dessert ball -laddoo- (to reward devotees for spiritual activity). His fourth hand's palm is always extended to bless people like us who are his ardent devotees. A unique combination of his elephant-like head and a quick moving tiny mouse vehicle represents tremendous wisdom, intelligence, and presence of mind. It’s always advisable to all of us to remember thy creator and savior before we go to bed during night. The ideal evening prayer is one that is recited before going to bed after cleaning our hands and face. Evening Prayer is described as follows: “If I have wounded any soul today, If I have caused one foot to go astray, If I have walked in my own willful way, Dear Lord Krishna/ Lord Jesus forgive me for the sin !.If I have uttered idle words or vain, If I have turned aside from want or pain, Lest I myself shall suffer through the strain .Dear Lord Krishna/Lord Jesus forgive me for the sin!!. If I have been perverse or hard, or cold, If I have longed for shelter in Thy fold, When Thou hast given me some fort to hold, Dear Lord Krishna/Lord Jesus forgive me for the sin!!! Forgive the sins I have confessed to Thee; Forgive the secret sins I do not see; O guide me, love me and my keeper be, Dear Lord Krishna/Lord Jesus forgive me for the sin!!!!Let us begin reciting the said Evening Prayer from hence onward to seek godly bliss in our life!

Prayer is a form of religious practice that seeks to activate a volitional rapport to God or spirit through deliberate practice. Prayer may be either individual or communal and take place in public or in private. It may involve the use of w...ords or song. When language is used, prayer may take the form of a hymn, incantation, formal creed, or a spontaneous utterance in the praying person. There are different forms of prayer such as petitioner prayer, prayers of supplication, thanksgiving, forgiveness and worship/praise. Prayer may be directed towards a deity, spirit, deceased person, or lofty idea, for the purpose of worshipping, requesting guidance, requesting assistance, confessing sins or to express one's thoughts and emotions. Morning prayer is cited in the morning whereas Evening Prayer is cited in the evening before going to bed to thank God for His bliss and ask for forgiveness for any wrong done in the day.One should always bear in mind that the Almighty God is omnipresent and very considerate towards His children.Let us join to offer our humble obeisance to His lotus feet and seek His bliss for well-being of all living creatures of the universe!

Bishwa Nath Singh:
Food poisoning is the result of eating food or drinking water contaminated with bacteria Depending on the severity of the case, the symptoms may include diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, fever or dehydration. In most cases, food poi...soning is not a life-threatening condition. Poisoning may be caused due to a number of ways. It is said that there are over two hundred fifty different diseases that can cause food poisoning. Bacteria in water, toxins in foods, foods not cooked to high enough temperatures, lack of hygiene by food preparers, lack of cleanliness where food is prepared, contamination by other animals such as rats or mice, lack of refrigeration, and cross contamination of uncooked foods with cooked foods. It has been noticed that food becomes contaminated when it is exposed to fecal matter during the processing or harvesting procedures. One has to be very careful on this count. Mutton and produce that are not cleaned and cooked through can still possess these dangerous microorganisms when they are served remain undigested. Muttons and other perishables can also spoil if they are not stored properly. It is said that every organism has an incubation period-the time that passes between ingestion and symptoms. Sometimes this period may be several hours long, and sometimes a day or two. If an episode of food poisoning is caused by something with a long incubation period, it is quite possible for symptoms to develop after another meal or two has been eaten, or even the next day. Immediate symptoms usually indicate poisoning by a preformed toxic chemical rather than the presence of organisms. It is always advisable to ensure perfect cleanliness in kitchen, cleanliness of cooking utensils, food stuff ,fresh vegetables, clipping of nail ,drinking filtered and clan water, usage of good oily substance, less spices and use of fresh Salad in plenty and juice of cucumbers and tomato., use of boiled milk. If one is careful not to eat contaminated food, it’s well and good. One should avoid fast foods being sold in the market as they are likely to be contaminated. The moment one detects symptom of food poisoning, he/she should rush up to the nearest hospital for treatment without any loss of time.Let us hope for the best!

A love is godly and immortal by Bishwa Nath singh,Coordinator of Global Peace and Universal Brotherhood.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
The greatest pain that comes from love when you want someone who can never be yours and that is the reason as why one should be very careful in loving someone who can respond to your sentiments. Why does one take love seriously when it is just an emotion as we feel towards someone though it makes everything what we do meaningful? Unless one worries for the person whom he/she loves, he/she in question feel that he/she is not being loved and taken care of by him/her and that keeps them worrying most of the time affecting their health adversely. It is the question of not losing some one but seemingly seeing others in pain and distress bothers other as how to handle the unprecedented situation arising out of it. It’s positive thinking that can help them to come out from woods of distrust though preparing mentally for the worst knowing fully well that there is nothing permanent in this world. One can erase bad memories that he/she possesses and live happily at present and plan for better future tomorrow. The teachings of Lord Krishna that He had imparted to Warrior Arjuna in the battle field of Kurukshetra as very well described in Srimad Bhagvad Gita that one should love Him alone as He is God alone with cosmic power and this holds good even today. One must strive hard to have emotional confidence to face anything emotionally. At times, one feels dejected and go for all sufferings should resist and make their life with a new beginning erasing out bad memories of the past. In the above Photo, Princess Diana is seen with British Prince Charles soon after their marriage on July 21,1982 at St. Paul's Cathedral, London. Diana, Princess of Wales who was born on July 1,1961 and died in car accident on August 31,1997 is remembered widely as an international personality of the late 20th century as the first wife of Charles, Prince of Wales, whom she married on July 29,1981 at St. Paul's Cathedral, London that was televised and watched by a global audience of over seven hundred fifty million people. The marriage produced two sons: Princes William ( born on June 21,1982 and Harry ( born on September 15,1984) currently second and third in line to the thrones of the sixteen Commonwealth realms, respectively. She had become public figure from the announcement of her engagement to Prince Charles, Diana who born into an old, aristocratic English family with royal ancestry, and remained the focus of worldwide media scrutiny before, during and after her marriage, which ended in divorce on August 28, 1996.. The couple separated in 1992 following tabloid allegations concerning their relationship. They divorced in 1996 after Diana publicly accused Charles of having an affair with Camilla Parker Bowles, and Charles admitted adultery on television. Diana On August 31,1997, Diana was fatally injured in a car crash in the Pont de l'Alma road tunnel in Paris, which also caused the deaths of her boyfriend, Dodi Fayed and their driver, Henri Paul, acting security manager of the Hôtel Ritz Paris. Millions of people watched the princess's funeral. died in a car crash in Paris on 31 August 1997. In 2005, after a lengthy continued association, the Prince Chales married Love is in true sense is nothing but an emotion of strong affection and personal attachment. In philosophical context, love is a virtue representing all of human kindness, compassion, and affection. Love is central to many religions, as in the Christian phrase, "God is love". Love may also be described as actions towards others or oneself based on compassion or as actions towards others based on affection In English, the word love is referred to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from generic pleasure to intense interpersonal attraction . It can also refer specifically to the passionate desire and intimacy of romantic love, to the sexual love of eros to the emotional closeness of familial love, or to the platonic love that defines friendship, to the profound oneness or devotion of religious love. This diversity of uses and meanings, combined with the complexity of the feelings involved, makes love unusually difficult to consistently define, even compared to other emotional states.Love in its various forms acts as a major facilitator of interpersonal relationships and, owing to its central psychological importance, is one of the most common themes in the creative arts.Science defines what could be understood as love as an evolved state of the survival instinct, primarily used to keep human beings together against menaces and to facilitate the continuation of the species through reproduction. Let us strive hard to follow the path of truth based on love to reach to the highest peak of altar!

Love is both an action and a feeling. The action of love generates a blissful feeling called by the same name. When the action stops, the blissful feeling is replaced with pain.
