I came across a person who is above eighty yeaers old with fleet of grand children keeping good heath during course of a social function at Bokaro in Jharkhand State the other day. During course of my query, he said that his vegetarian diet and morning walk have kept him health and fit.

The morning walk and vegetarian diet can keep on fit even after eighty that was well described by this great man known for his social activities and religious pursuits. .Let us imbibe this habit in our daily life even if we are young so that at old age, we can live very happily maintaining our good physique.
