Bishwa Nath Singh ‎@ Kaushal Ji.! Who can deny that he was unfit for the national highest honor? Perhaps, none. The Bharar Ratna Award was established on much latter date of his death and that is why he could not be awarded posthumously by Govt. of India. The Bharat Ratna Award was established by the first President of India, Dr. Rajendra Prasad, on January 2,1954 along with other major national honours, such as as the Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan and Padma Shri, the awarding of the Bharat Ratna was suspended from July 13,1977 to January 26, 1980.
