The above Picture is that of Gendun Drub. He is known widely be the first of the Dalai Lama of Tibet who is believed to be reincarnation of the Bodhisattva of Compassion whose life span was from 1391 to 1474. whereas Tenzin Gyatso , the present Dalai Lama who happens to be the fourteenth in succession was born in 1935 and whose reign is continuing from 1950 till currently exile in India. Let us join to offer our prayers to them for our bliss!
