‎.North India is under spell of severe cold, thick fogs seen in the morning, strong winds blowing, during day and night. People shivering with cold –all these disrupting normal life The Schools and Colleges are closed, trains running abnorm...ally very late, Vegetable and other essential commodities being dearer day by day. Those poor people who have no roof and spending their night on pavements railway platforms, bus stands and other public places must be properly taken care of to get them protected well from ravages of cold. It would be nice if all the concerned State Govt should ensure that there should not be any more death due to ravages of severe cold. Those poor people who have no roof of them and live on pavements, streets, Railway Platforms and Bus stands must be provided with warm woolen blankets and camp fire be arranged at all such places to keep them warm. The medical team must be pressed into service to ensure timely treatment of all those who are suffering with cold. The cattle wealth should also be properly looked well and protected. The Animal Husbandry Doctors must be alerted and pressed into service to ensure no death of cattle anywhere during their Jurisdictions
