Japan was badly hit by a massive earthquake the measured 8.9 on the Richter scale, on March 11. 2011 that caused a great havoc as flashed on the f.b on March 15,2011.

Japan was badly hit by a massive earthquake the measured 8.9 on the Richter scale, on March 11. 2011This was followed by a ten meters high Tsunami wave that washed away Northern Japan. The nearest city to the epicentre is the coastal city of Honshu, one hundred thirty km from the quake centre. Japan's capital city Tokyo is situated over three hundred seventy kms away.
