Regarding 'Teej",Ganesh Utsaav & Eid celebration in India by me as flashed on f.b of Sept.10,2010.

Bishwanath Singh: In India, the married ladies will celebrate “Teej” festival today by remaining on complete fast for the whole day and during moon lit night after having glimpse of full moon, they will break their fast after offering prayers to Lord Vishnu for well-being of their husband. It is celebrated with gaiety and complete puri...ty. Tomorrow, we are going to celebrate Ganesh Festival with gaiety by offering humble obeisance to the lotus feet of Lord Ganesh who is known for His kindness, passion & wisdom Eid is also going to be celebrated in most parts of our country tomorrow with great festivity. It is the festival of joy, happiness & friendliness when all pledge to live in harmony by sinking their differences. So, today & tomorrow (ie. September 10,2010 & September 11,2010) are the day of festivity. Let us celebrate them with gaiety and pledge to dedicate ourselves for cause of humanity!
