About the adoption of the worship of Lord Krishna-as flashed by me on the f.b on Seotember 4,2010.

Bishwa Nath Singh:
The worship or reverence of Lord Krishna has been adopted by several new religious movements since the 19th century, and He figures as an eclectic pantheon in occult texts, along with Greek, Buddhist, Biblical and even historical figures. He is worshipped daily in Iskcon temples spread round the globe besides various temples in Mathura, Vrindavan, Dwarka & ot It was very recently that His birth anniversary was celebrated with great devotion & festivity all over the world and many functions were held on the eve of Shri Krishna Janamashtmi in almost all places in India besides country like Nepal & Morriss.
