Alas! Gndhi ji was not a successful person, neither he had penchant, Utterly a meaningful for socoiety and himself of course,,,,what is most succesful ....there is a big gap between "being successfu"l and "meaningful"...in my humble opinon Singh Sahab!!

‎@Anand Ji.I beg to differ with you on your contention. Mahatma Gandhi was an apostle of peace who had led the country’s independence movement in pre-independence era with the help of two weapons: Truth & Non-Violence as a result India got ...independence. He was a person who never accepted any power or position after independence rather he spent his days in pacify & help maintaining cordial relation in between Hindus & Muslims who were fighting for their might. Had he not been a great man, he would not have called Mahatma, Bapu (father) & the Father of our Nation!
