Bihar State is having its last leg of Assembly poll in twenty six Assembly constituecies of Buxar,Kaimur,Rohtas,Aurangabad & Gaya districts today and counting will be held of all Assembly segments on the 24th of this month that will decide the fate of Bihar as who will form the the Ministry and whether the Govt. will... be stable or not in case of fractured mandate.
