Can we recollect as who was that great nationalist who had honor to be the first Minister of Defense, Govt. of India after Independence and had distinction to serve the nation as Union Defense Minister during the first Kashmir war between India and Pakistan and addressed often with the title of Sardar, which in Punjabi and Hindi means Leader or Chief? Well, he was none else than Sardar Baldev Singh whose life was an glaring example for dedication and sacrifice for his motherland.Let us join to pay our floral tribute to that great personality who will be adored by all of us for ever!
