Sri Sathyaai Baba had answered to a very pertinent question before he had passed away as flashed on the f.b. on April 26,2011.

Bishwa Nath Singh

Sri Sathya Sai Baba of Puttaparthi had rightly answered to a query before he had passed away:“Yes, I am God and so are you. The only difference between you and I is that while I am aware of this fact, you are not.”

Certainly, one will agree that it was not a casual remark. Indeed, inherent in this small, but extremely significant statement, is the fundamental truth of humanity’s divine nature - its true reality; and revivifying the heart of every huma...n being to this salient truth is the mission and message of Sri Sathya Sai Baba hidden in his quick reply and that will help many having wrong notion about that godly man who had lived and died to serve mankind as whole for cause of humanity all throughout his life. Let us join to pay our humble obeisance to his lotus feet and seek his bliss for well-being of all living-being of this universe!

Syama Priya Devi Dasi :
We are not God and never will be. We are tiny and insignificant, God is infinate. We do have an eternal loving relationship with God, all we have to do is re-awaken it. We are one with God and similtaneously separate. The separateness allows us to be in blissful service. If we want the well-being of all living beings we can seek the shelter of those pure devotees that know these truths and are always engaged in seva.

Amar Singh Rana :
Shri Ssathya Sai Baba has been given immortality ( amrtv) and settled in our (all persons m+f ) Nabhi Chakkra, sir.... AMAR SINGH RANA PARMSANT PARAMGURU THE RAELITY 27.4.2011.

Syama Priya Devi Dasi :
Given immortality? By who? Has Yamaraj agreed to this ?

Bharti Khatri :
Thats very true only a realised soul will know that he is part of that Paratma- A realised soul is always immortal- no matter what- his Life was of dedication to mankind- these sould do not live for themselves- but to serve God as they as they God in you and me!!!!

Natarajan Swaminathan :
love the wordings what baba mentioned....

Amar Singh Rana :
Hallo my dear Syama Priya Devi Dai, jee and Bharti Khatri jee....It is very much True that Guru / Satguru/ Paramsatguru/Paramguru,is given the authority to take soul of his shyisyya with him at the time of departing the physical body by... a person (m+f). Yamas and Dharamraj or Yam-raj has no authority to interven with thee soul of Bhakt him self sheltered by Satguru etc.Duties of Yamas is performed by the puran Guru/satguru etc. So far the mater of giving immortality to a soul of a person is the matter of decision His Highness Highest Command Malike-kul-aalam-Parmaatma- Allah/ Hari / We had called the rooh / Soul / aatma of Shri satya Sai baba, appeared and confirmed that he has been stationed/settled in Nabhi Chakkra by His Highness Highest Command Malike-kul-aalam-Parmaatma.. Hi my dear friends, I think your good honor might have understood the crux of the matter and by-laws of the Parmaatma.......AMAR SINGH RANA PARAMSANT PARAMGURU THE REALITY

Vandana Kumar Seth :
India is a land of gods and goddesses, babas and sages and holy and not-so-holy men and women. Among them, Sathya Sai Baba stands tall despite his diminutive size. In his words: “I am God. You, too, are God. The only difference between you and me is that while I am aware of it, you are completely unaware, yet.”

.Bishwa Nath Singh :
‎@ Shyama J! It is our good deeds that matter much. Jesus ,Lord Krishna and all other prophets became immortal because of their good deeds.Similarly, Sri Sathya Sai Baba sacrificed all his life for welfare of mankind as whole by rendering... social-service least caring for his own comforts and that is the reason more than billions wept no sooner the news of his passing away was speard round the world.Certainly, he has become immortal by his good deeds and that is why, he will be adored for ever all over the globe.

Tali Landsman :
This is wonderful and so true.... From reading the comments here, I can see why he also added the conclusion: "Yes, I am God and so are you. The only difference between you and I, is that while I am AWARE of this fact, you are not.”.............. Only when one is AWAKEN to the fact that we are NOT small and insignificant, but beloved children of the Light/ God,..... That we are ONE with that Power.......that we can understand and finally live and demonstrate...... NOT as BODIES, but as the Spirits that we truly are.

.Syama Priya Devi Dasi :
Just as many tiny sparks burst out from a blazing fire, so the innumerable jivas are like atomic, spiritual particles in the rays of the spiritual sun, Sri Hari. Though these jivas are non-different from Srti Hari , they are also eternally ...different from Him. The eternal difference between the jiva and Ishvara is that Ishvara is the Lord and master of maya shakti, whereas even the liberated jiva can fall under the control of maya, due to his constitutional nature.
Syama Priya Devi Dasi the above is from "Dasa-mula-tattva 5/JD ch.15

Syama Priya Devi Dasi
We are all spirit souls, so in that way Sai Baba is as immortal as the rest of us, but unless and until one becomes situated in pure loving service to the supreme God and Godess then they will have to face Yamaraj whether they believe it or... not. Good deeds may get us a better birth in this repeated cycle of birth and death. That is the difference between sukriti (spiritual credits ) and sukarma (good deeds). Sukriti will take us with ever increasing speed, toward our goal of Krishna prem (freedom from birth, death, old age and disease is a by-product). We can gain sukriti by glorifying God, taking remnants of offerings to God, visiting holy places and serving and hearing from those that are living a God- concious life of blissful service to the supreme Lord.

Prakriti Rai :
JAI SRI OM TATSAT !
