Barack Hussein Obama II is the first black U.S. Current President who was born on August 4,1961 in Honolulu, Hawaii, is a son of Barrack Obama Sr and Stanley Ann Dunham. His parents met in a Russian language class when they were in University of Hawaii and married in 1961 before finally divorced in 1964. After her divorce, his mother married an Indonesian student Lolo Soetoro. Little Barrack spent his childhood mostly in Hawaii and few years in Jakarta, Indonesia.After high school, Obama took college in Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School. Before his presidency, Obama had ever worked in Business International Corporation, New York Public Interest Research Group, Developing Communities Project as director, Gamaliel Foundation as consultant, the Harvard Law Review as Editor, Sidley Austin law firms as summer associate, and University of Chicago law School as a professor.He had begun his political career when he had joined the Democratic Party and elected to the Illionis Senate in 1996. He was re-elected in 1998, and 2002. In 2005, he had become the U.S. Senate and three years after, he won the 2008 General Election after defeating John McCain, Republican’s candidate as the forty fourth President of US whose inaugural speech that had taken place on January 20, 2009 will be remembered and cherished as long. In October 2009, he was chosen to be honored with the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize – a great singular honor. As US President, he had signed economic stimulus legislation in the form of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act in February 2009 and the Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization, and Job Creation Act of 2010 in December 2010. Other domestic policy initiatives include the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, the D.Rank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the Don't Ask, Don't Tell Repeal Act of 2010. In foreign policy He was instrumental in gradually withdrawing combat troops from Iraq, increased troop levels in Afghanistan, signed an arms control treaty with Russia, and ordered enforcement of the United Nations-sanctioned no-fly zone over Libya in early 2011.He will be cherished as the most promising President of US who tried his best to maintain the most cordial relation with India and maintain equilibrium in the world to maintain the global peace.
