Bishwanath Singh :Can't we make our motherland free from pollution?Certainly, yes provided one must learn to use toilet at toilets specified at different places instead of using anywhere they feel like and planting ten sapling of fruit bearing trees and caring them to grow in one's life time and keeping our surroundings neat and clean... through our active habits!It is high time that we must act upon it sincerely and those creating public nuisance be booked under law of lands if they do not repond to awareness.It is important to make the capital and matropolitan cities of a country green but not less important to keep entire country including both urban & rural areas free from Pollution.The Pollution Control Board must be re-activated so that they play their role without any fear,greediness or biasness and their activities must be kept under survillence so that they play their role truthfully and sincerely.The role of municipal corporations and Village Panchayats must be very specifically re-defined and activised to play their role honestly to keep their jurisdiction free from any filth.
