At this moment, my entire prayers go to the earth quake & tsunami victims in Japan with a hope that the Almighty God will give them courage and sufficient means to meet any eventualities that come across in their life on the path of peace and progress. Secondly, I hasten to convey my heartiest greetings to all living-being of this universe on the very auspicious eve of Holi-a festival of color.
