The teaching of Jesus Christ which is chiefly ethical is embodied in the Sermon on the Mount that he had preached to his followers over two thousand years ago still carry its significance in the life of all people of the world as whole Let us recollect them and follow in our life to make it blissful!

Here is the “Sermon on the Mount": that were delivered by Jesus Christ, our Savior & Holy Father over two thousand years ago has its own relevance even today.

(1)Blessed are the poor in spirit; for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.

(2)Bless...ed are they that mourn; for they shall be comforted.

(3)Blessed are the meek; for they shall inherit the earth.

(4)Blessed are they that hunger and thirst after righteousness; for they shall be filled.

(5)Blessed are the merciful; for they shall obtain mercy.

(6)Blessed are the pure in heart; for they shall see God.

(7)Blessed are the peacemakers; for they shall be called the sons of God.

(8)Blessed are they that have been persecuted for righteousness sake; for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.

(9)Blessed are ye when men shall reproach you and persecute you and say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

& (10) Rejoice and be exceedingly glad; for great is your reward in Heaven; for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
