An appeal to award Posthumously Bharat Ratna to the first Speaker of Lok Sabha G.V.Mavalankar as flashed on the f.b. on Dec.22,2010.

Is it not amazing as why G.V.Mavalankar,the first Speaker of Lok Sabha of our country was not nominated for our nation’s highest award “ Bharat Ratna” during all these years and awarded long back when his choice could have been an ideal one.? Certainly,he deserved to be an awardee.It is high time that we can raise this issue with all sincerity at our command and impress on the Union Govt. to re-think over the issue and award him posthumously” Bharat Ratna” as he deserved no less than any one who have been awardees, so far.
