K Karunakaran formerly four times Chief Minister of Kerala State of India who was a veteran Politician of Congress Party passed away today i.e on Dec.23,2010 after a prolonged illness. He was ninety three years old .He was admitted to a private hospital in the city since Dec 10, 2010 was taken off the ventilator last week after his condition had improved. Yesterday morning he had another trouble of breathlessness and the Doctors at Ananthapuri Hospital put him back on ventilator where his condition had worsened. The news of his passing away was received with great shock to all of us who will miss such a veteran leader of repute from national scenario. National Flag was lowered down and flown half mast all over Kerala State of our country.
