To me passing away of Anil Kumar Pandey,Retd. IPS & formerly DG of RPF ,Govt. of India is a personal loss as he was a very good friend of mine whom I always admired because of his passion and wisdom .He was a great scholar besides being gem of person and very likeable in nature. He was a great champion of propagating ...Bhojpuri as a language like others. Truly speaking, he was a gentleman at all times. Wherever he remained during course of his posting in Indian Police Service, he had earned a very good reputation as an upright officer. He was a prince among men. Such person is rarely born. Let me & my family joins all of you to condole his passing away and pray to the Almighty God to allow his departed soul to rest in peace in heavenly abode and offer our heartfelt condolences to his bereaved family!
